What presentations do you stock?For loose-leaf teas and herbal teas, we only handle 1.1 lb bulk bags and 0.18 lb samples. For the glace we handle 3lb (1360 grams) bags.
How much cups of tea do a half kg bag last?For the loose-leaf tea, it lasts approximately 124 cups (using 4g per 8oz cup) and 50 cups of tisane for the same size.
How much tea should you use per cup?It depends on the size of your cup. But assuming that it is a half a liter cup (16oz) you should use 8 grams of loose-leaf tea and 20 grams in the case of tisanes. The most practical way to avoid having to weigh the teas in each preparation is to use a measuring spoons.
Spoons are sold for 8-12oz mug, for 16oz mug and for a cup of organic matcha .

What is glace?It is powdered ground tea for instant tea preparation. Glace is already sweetened and includes low-fat skim milk. This solution was designed to make frappé or as we call it frapp-tea (preparation with thin ice), but it can also be prepared on the rocks. We handle a 3lb (1360g) presentation that yields 8 liters. What items do I need to prepare tea in my business?There are 3 steps for proper tea preparation:
1. Heat water in a kettle according to tea specifications.
2. Put hot water into infuser and add right amount of tea according to measure spoons. 3. Using a digital timer leave tea on infuser for suggested infusion time.

How many infusers should I have in my coffee shop?We recommend 1 infuser for every 10 people of occupancy.
Where do you have points of sale?We are in El Paso, Texas. We also have stores in the northern region of Mexico, in Ciudad Juarez and Ciudad Chihuahua, Mexico. However, we only sell retail. The only store that sells wholesale is our online store.
Where do you ship?To all the United States and Mexico. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 3 business days depending on the area.
How much is the shipping?The shipping cost varies from $10 to $14 dollars depending on items ordered. If you make a purchase over $125 dollars the shipping cost is FREE.
Do you give out discounts?Yes, on purchases greater than 500 dollars – 10% discount, purchases greater than 750 dollars 15% discount, and purchases greater than 1,000 dollars -20% discount.
Can I make returns?Yes, totally. The deadline is 15 days after receiving the package.
